The couples I get to work with just continue to amaze me. Jaclyn and Derek were no exception. We started off with a really rainy morning and ended with a some beautiful light and perfect skies at Water's Edge.

This was such a sweet intimate wedding at 1 of my favorite venues (Eolia - The Mansion at Harkness) with a great couple. Can't ask for more than that. What a great way to start off the wedding season. These two put on an amazing day and the rain stayed away. It was actually a perfectly overcast day with some beautiful natural lighting. There is always something a little extra special about a wedding when our military is involved. The post comes at a perfect time following Memorial day. I think the "sabre arch" might be 1 of my favorite ceremony moments. I photographed it a few times now and it never disappoints. I'm always so honored to work for such good people.
